oh, thanks for the pointer.

i just fixed that in the svn trunk of the cryptsetup package. maybe it
would be possible to fix even more issues in the package to make it
easier to setup a system with decrypt_opensc and cryptroot.

but for sure i cannot circumvent the requirement to rebuild pcsc without
HAL/dbus.

could you write a small section for README.initramfs describing how to
get all working?
