As far as I know, any Debian version of CUPS didn't set
/usr/share/cups/doc as DocumentRoot in /etc/cups/cupd.conf. Default
configuration is /usr/share/cups/doc-root.

Can you remember how to modify your CUPS configuration? Via KDE or something?
