[Pkg-cups-devel] Bug#343539: the daemon doesn't start after upgrade

I'm seeing this behaviour too.

Here's the error log for a startup attempt. Note that the first line appears twice.

> E [16/Dec/2005:11:38:44 +1300] StartListening: Unable to bind socket for address 00000000:631 - Address already in use.

I assume cups is competing with itself for port 631 which appears otherwise 
uncommitted.
