Package: cupsys
Version: 1.1.23-14
Severity: important

My /etc/cups/cups.d/ports.conf (generated via debconf) reads:

| -e -n Port 631

with the Debconf settings below (generated by accepting the defaults for
everything). As a result cupsys fails to start.
