Me too fall down in this bug. I changed to 777 permissions of /dev/lp*
and /dev/usb/lp* with no sucess.

I should try to change UID and GID of cupsys but I don't know to do it.
Actually I have three printers conected to usb and only I can print in
one of this, Don't ask me why.

Tell me how to solve this or if you need more data, test, etc.
