[Pkg-cups-devel] Bug#494168: cupsd process exits after serving one request

Justification: renders package unusable

The cupsd process appears to exit after serving a single http request.

 1. Start cups
 2. Go to http://localhost:631/
 3. The page loads, but without any CSS or images
 4. Pressing refresh gives a 'connection refused' error.

According to gdb this is *not* a crash:
