[Pkg-cups-devel] Bug#459662: Please add "Should-Start: avahi"

Hi,

cupsys-daemon init script should have a "Should-Start: avahi" (and
maybe a "Should-Stop" too) to be sure avahi is started before cupsys.
This makes cupsys mdns stuff actually working.
