[Pkg-cups-devel] Bug#478828: cupsys: USB backend hogs CPU if printer is not connected

Hi,

the CUPS USB backend hogs the CPU when CUPS tries to print something,
but the printer isn't connected.

A strace on the backend shows this:
    open("/dev/usblp15", O_RDWR|O_EXCL|O_LARGEFILE) = -1 ENOENT (No such
    file or directory)
    open("/dev/usb/lp15", O_RDWR|O_EXCL|O_LARGEFILE) = -1 ENOENT (No such
    file or directory)
    open("/dev/usb/usblp15", O_RDWR|O_EXCL|O_LARGEFILE) = -1 ENOENT (No such
    file or directory)
And so on for usblp0 .. usblp15.

Please add an delay in this loop after all possible files are tried.
