Here is the patch with a proposal on how to build the manpages at build
time.

Note that it is not a dpatch. It also patches some other files to fix some
typos in the manpages.

If you enable the generation of the translated manpages, the change in
debian/control is also necessary. The versioned dependency is for the
--previous flag of po4a.

I tested a package build, but did not test the uninstall target. (This
might be important if the patch is applied upstream).
