No, it would not. This issue has been discussed before: FTP-Master
currently keeps them in net, because that's the category they belong
to in Stable, where the package is still called CUPSYS and those
binaries are arch:any. This issue can be dealt with once Lenny is
released, by removing the corresponding override entries.
