[Pkg-cups-devel] Bug#512234: cups '@LOCAL' definition does not cover Debian use of 127.0.1.1.

browsing to "http://`hostname`:631/" fails - by default Debian maps the
machine's hostname to 127.0.1.1, and this erroneously does not seem to
be covered by cups' (poorly documented) @LOCAL network ACL, despite
127.0.1.1 being a local address.

This is particularly baffling if you (for instance):

Allow @LOCAL
Allow 192.168.0.1/24 (i.e. your local subnet).

Browsing to http://yourhostname:631/ then gets a '403 Forbidden' whereas
http://127.0.0.1:631/ or http://your.ip.address.in.the.local.subnet:631/
succeeds.
