libcupsys2 was renamed to libcups2 a while ago. Similarly, cupsys2 was
renamed to cups2, and so on. You can't install both at the same time.
On an upgrade, apt should automatically replace the old packages with
the new ones. Unless you have a weird mix of unofficial repositories,
that is. In that case you might be better off with uninstalling
everything cups related and reinstalling from your third party
repository.
