I have just upgraded to wheezy and found the same problem. (cups-pdf
2.6.1-3)

I've just follwed the destructions at
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingPrintingProblems as Till suggested
and attached are:
printout.pdf: the printout as copied from /var/spool/cups/dnnnn-nnn
cups-pdf.log: the log file set to 'debug'
job_266-untitled-document.pdf: the resulting blank pdf that gets printed

hope this is some help debugging.
