You are right though I now fixed it (in trunk obviously) by adding
"patch" to the "configure" dependencies and "unpatch" to the "clean"
dependencies. Since we patch the autoconf stuff at some point, I thought
it would be better to patch before running configure.

That's mainly because I have been working on the transition to dpatch,
but didn't finish yet nor did I release a package from the transistioned
trunk yet. If I had, there would also be a corresponding /tag/<version>
in the repository.
