Obvious in ps output is always a good thing. But I don't much care either
way.  The fact is that I have no love whatsoever to upstream doing extremely
dumb/shortsighted things, and using completely generic names like
'reconstruct' for something that goes in the main namespace is certainly
extremely shortsighted at best.  

So cyr* it is for anything going in the global namespace with generic names.

OTOH, if it is under /usr/lib or /opt, it can be named whatever you want,
and ps will show THAT.  If the local admin can't handle it, I have
absolutely no pity of his plight either.  Way too many applications do this
already, and it is his shortcoming that he won't be able to deal with it
properly...
