These are removed only on purge and it depends on user choice, with a
default of keeping them.  All email is there, so I don't think it is wise to
change this.

This one needs to be fixed.

WTF is this one doing in the list?  Cyrus doesn't get even close to the
alises database.   Either we have a big bug somewhere, or piuparts is wrong.
