Release progress update

Today, our TODO list in trunk/TODO has dropped to five items that need
to be done for release. Two of them are meta-items about the TODO list,
so we really only have 3 things left before release. They are:

* ftpmaster needs to act on #348751. This is the removal request for the
cyrus22-* packages. We just have to wait for this, and really it won't
affect release, other than removing the replace/provide/conflict
relationships to these packages once it is done.

* Making a final decision about using a mailing list as maintainer.
We've discussed this several times, but never made an absolutely final
decision. HMH has stated he doesn't have a problem with this, but he
doesn't trust the reliability of alioth to host it. Thus, we either need
to find an acceptable service or just have HMH stay as the maintainer.

* Upgrade testing needs to be done. This is the big one. I have no real
way to do this, unless someone has scripts to generate mail users, mail,
etc, to run in a chroot or vmware. We may also want to put a request for
testing out to debian-devel (and/or debian-admin).

That's it. All we need to do is test a few things, and make one decision
and we'll be ready. If there are any other issues, please add them to
the TODO list.

Cheers,
Benjamin
