Henrique: I'm unsure here because I never used cyrus-imapd 1.5 (I
started with 2.1). Did 1.5 have such a plain mailbox file as expected by
"ctl_mboxlist -u"? If so: How should we word the Upgrade.Debian file
regarding that part?

AFAICT, The upgrade from 2.1 to 2.2 doesn't need that command.
