If we want to generally let bug reports through to the mailinglist, we
need to completely turn of moderation/posts-from-subscribers-only mode
on the list. IMHO, this won't work too well in the long run since the
list already attracts some spammers, but I'm not really opposed to
trying it until it proves to be a bad idea (if it ever does that).

However, I also don't have access to the mailinglist administration, I
only know how to get to the moderation frontend.
