Bug#408503: Cyrus-imapd not parsing tls-option-strings in imapd.conf

I confirm,  only  tls_cert_file / tls_key_file is parsed and works, 
if not definded  - pop3s and imaps refuse to start:

Fatal error: pop3s:  required OpenSSL options not present
(but pop3_tls_cert_file / pop3_key_file is present)
