Bug#437838: cyrus-imapd-2.3: Daemons/tools die due to Berkeley DB version mismatch

I have found something in debian packaging.  2.3.8-1 build depends on
libdb4.5-dev, but macro doesn't check for it.

So package gets compiled against lidb4.5-dev headers and -ldb-4.4
libraries.

It will be fixed in 2.3.9-1 release.
