This is all fine and dandy, but we better add a reference to that change in
the NEWS files for cyrus, or some users will get a nasty surprise as sieve
frontends (often in other hosts) might be using the old port.

Marco, does netbase document such changes in a more user-visible place than
the Debian changelog?
