2.2.13-18 on the way to experimental

Hi,

I've closed all the outstanding RC bugs against 2.2 - two were
invalid, and the other 3 are fixed in experimental. I think I got the
BDB upgrade right, but I thought I'd better be safe than sorry and
didn't upload to unstable now. I'll do some upgrade tests over the
next days to see if stuff really works and then go for unstable.
