I've been systematically going through the active patches in cyrus-imapd-2.3-hmh/debian/patches and am frankly clueless why some of these never made it into upstream; especially the documentation patches. I've been posting them to cyrus-devel as I get to the them, but don't have great expectations about getting responses.
