This is just a fix that makes the cyrus-master MIB independent of the
CMU-MIB (which isn't included in the source and is probably overkill to
include for just the definition of cmuMIB and cmuCyrus).

Not sure wether upstream would like to include this, but it wouldn't
hurt their interoperability with other cmuMIB-substructures if they did.
Numeric OIDs are supposed to _not_ change in meaning, their names should
also stay the same, so those changes are simply a duplication of
(supposedly constant) definitions in the CMU-MIB.
