Bug#595370: close bug patches for cyrus murder/aggregator honor serverlist and defaultserver options

Hello,
Please, close this bug report. The patches are uneeded. 
Furher tests demonstrated that a different servers  conf documentation could 
solve this.

Something like these lines below could help users  at imapd.conf
Do not cover unified murder.



# You MUST NOT set proxyservers on frontends nor mupdate master
# You MUST set proxyservers ONLY at backends
#proxyservers: cyrus


# You MUST set "mupdate_config: standard" and MUST NOT set
# "proxyservers: <proxyadmins>" at frontend in order to "defaultserver"
# and or "serverlist" take effect. 
#mupdate_config: standard
