Bug#620320: cyrus-imapd-2.4: fetching user_deny.db entry for users is appearing millions of times in log files

I think removing debug from syslog-ng isn't a solution and since we can't turn off debugging in cyrus-imapd, commenting out this line seems a quick fix.
