Using imtest localhost, IDLE does not seem to send any information until I tell it to quit.  I waited c 20 minutes.

google didn't turn up other examples of this problem.  The spec may
not require notice in any particular length of time, but IDLE isn't
too useful unless it pushes notices.

Part of my imapd.conf:
