Bug#675812: cyrus-imapd-2.4: proc and lock directories aren't actually being cleaned up during start

Dear Maintainer,

The fix for #629609 modified the [1]initscript to execute /usr/bin/find
but is has the delete action commented out (`# -delete`). Net result
is that when Cyrus is started all the .lock files are printed to stdput.
