debian only svn

Though I stripped Fabian's response, I agree with him wholeheartedly.

It is most convenient for people to just do some "svn co <uri>" and get
working, instead of "wget ; <untar> ; svn co", where most people would
have to lookup where to get the tar and how to combine untar'ed source
and svn checkout....

Unless there is good reason to do so (and I don't see any, apart from
argueably wasted space in the repository), I would recommend keeping the
current scheme. Available time is really better used to enhance the
package itself, not the way it is kept in SVN.
