Question about removal of cyrus-sasl2-mit

I just uploaded cyrus-sasl2 2.1.22.dfsg1-8 with the necessary changes to
transition libsasl2-gssapi-mit to libsasl2-modules-gssapi-mit and drop
the Kerberos 4 packages completely (Conflict with the 2.1.19...
version).

I'll send a separate message to -release asking for hinting, so it
doesn't get lost in this thread.

Roberto: did you file the removal bug already? If not, feel free to do
so now.

Sam (and Russ): If you want us to provide Kerberos 4 support, now is the
time to act. Change --disable-krb4 to --enable-krb4 in cyrus-sasl2's
debian/rules and fix the build breakage that it causes. Personally, I
think it's not worth it, but if you want to do the work, I'll be glad to
include it in the package.
