As everyone can hopefully see.  I have been on a marathon with the the
existing bugs against the old cyrus-sasl2 as well as trying to figure
out which are still valid, which have been fixed already upstream and
which we need to tackle as part of this next release.  I would really
appreciate some more help on this.
