Could we setup a mailing list for commit messages?

We need a post-commit hook script. I made one, but I don't have the time
to test it or to configure svnmailer right now. I can put them in place
(need to access the repository directly) if needed, though.

The hook script and svnmailer config were taken from
http://svn.debian.org/wsvn/collab-maint/lib/trunk/hooks/ and I haven't
enabled the hook script yet. The hook script should be fine, but if
someone could provide an svnmailer.conf then we could get going as soon
as the mailing list is up.
