Ok. I made a TODO file in debian/ to track these things for now.

Let's take this to a more concrete level. What files are we talking
about? Is there anything besides /etc/sasldb2 that would need to be
converted? AFAICT, Cyrus SASL doesn't store any state information on
disk, and grepping for db_open, db->put and db->get only returns
occurrences in sasldb/db_berkeley.c and utils/dbconverter-2.c.

So it's only /etc/sasldb2, right?
