Bug#433715: Patch also waiting in Bugzilla for upstream

Thanks Torsten,

I'd like to go ahead and close this bug here, and defer to the
upstream patch request.

I'm successfully using this patch myself. I had mentioned at one
time I had problems using it with cyrus pop3d, but that was due
to a bug in pop3d itself, and fixed in cyrus bug# 2996.

I've also submitted a patch for Howard to look at that performs a
Password EXOP if the userPassword attribute gets written back to
the sasl_store via ldapdb, such as during a saslpasswd2 command,
or when auto_transition is enabled. He was going to do some
cleanup on it and I'm expecting he'll pass it on to upstream at
some point.
