Meanwhile documentation might flow downstream. Alexey Melnikov and I agreed to
work on Cyrus SASL documentation in the Cyrus SASL project itself. This way
every Cyrus SASL user would benefit. Let's see when we will be able to start
working on it.

I am planning to write some kind of HOWTO for Pkg-cyrus-sasl2-debian that will
explain to set the various AUTH combinations up.
