I too have been quite busy.  If you are proposing moving to a new SCM
system, then I suppose I would be OK with git.  I still personally
prefer svn, but some of my other projects have made forced moves to git,
so I am getting more proficient at that.

I am hoping in the next few weeks to have some time to devote to the
packages, as the bugs have continued rolling in.
