Bug#629589: Causes sendmail to crash, too

Hi Brian,

first let me thank you for reporting the bugs in GSSAPI and for
patience :). You've been most helpful.

I've just uploaded version with patch from upstream bugzilla applied.
Hope this is last serious bug which creeped in.

I'll walk through cyrusimap bugzilla and check for more patches, when
I have little bit more time.

And if the bug is still there, please reopen the bug and ping me, I'll
do what I can to iron out the cvs release to usable form.

P.S.: Robert, there's still the libdb transition bug filled against
sendmail, could you please take care of it?
