cyrus-sasl2 status

Hi Roberto et al,

as you may noticed I am also a cyrus-sasl2 group member, although non active.

Since the cyrus-sasl2 is blocking my db5.1 transition I was thinking
that I might become more active in the cyrus-sasl2 packaging group.

So if you have any thoughts is there something I can help?

Also I have noticed that Roberto commited fixes to #621437 and #622221
to repository, is the upload going to happen soon?

P.S.: There's a small wishlist though...  do you think we can dump
subversion and replace it with git? It's much more convenient (when
you get used to it) with cheap branching, etc. and magnitude faster
then subversion.
