Hi,

I'm lowering the severity of this bug for the following reasons:

* The current discussion is about the upcoming (unreleased) db release
license, not about the current one anymore.

* The LICENSE file (the one without the paragraph in question) is
self-contained and is DFSG-free. If there is another (additional)
license somewhere on the Web, we don't need to accept it.

* Upstream even said the other license (with the non-free wording) isn't
relevant anymore.

* Therefore it doesn't seem to be serious (release critical).
