After some conversation within the release team, I think we should go
that way, and remove db4.0. (About the rdependency on xdelta2: I don't
care, two RC-bugs for about two years on that package, not part of sarge.)

However, if you think that I'd rather need a cluebat, please don't
hesitate to do that.
