Uh-oh.  In this case, it's probably overkill to disable Java locally as
soon as it breaks on a fringe architecture because it involves too much
work down the road.  Fixing the actual breakage is likely easier.  In
this particular case, GCJ on hppa is able to build db4.5 again, so no
more manual work should be needed.
