[Pkg-db-devel] Please migrate db4.3 4.3.29-10 to testing

This has been an going problem since version 4.3.29-1 at least.  The
build only passes when the testsuite runs into a test failure which is
ignored by the build environment.

I'll need to check what we can do about this.
