[Pkg-db-devel] Bug#574467: Wrong flag name for BULK cursor

The C documentation says that the flag responsible for creating a BULK
cursor id DB_BULK, but it should say DB_CURSOR_BULK. I'm attaching a
patch with a fix for that.
