Hi, i just tried to reproduce http://bugs.debian.org/719876, and was
unable to do so. here's what i did:

 0) installed a clean amd64 KVM instance with debian jessie.

 1) installed sks 1.1.4 (from jessie), set it up and got it running with
    two files from a keydump:

   http://ftp.prato.linux.it/pub/keyring/dump-latest/sks-dump-000{0,1}.pgp

 2) was able to query it, send keys to it, and fetch keys from it
(tested with gpg --keyserver localhost --search, --send, and --recv)

 3) upgraded db5.1-util and libdb5.1 from 5.1.29-6 to 5.1.29-7 via the
    sid repositories

 4) restarted sks

 5) repeated all tests from (2) successfully.

James, are you able to reproduce the problem? Sorry i haven't been able
to track this down.
