Source: db5.3
Version: 5.3.28-3
Severity: normal

Hi,

libdb5.3 still doesn't have support to be built on new architectures, as
ppc64el, because there is lack of reference for those in configure and libtool.m4
files accross the sub-directories. I tried to fix it using dh-autoreconf, as
suggested in [1], but the autotools architecture for db53 is quite complex and
I am not smart enough.

Another patch required for ppc64el was already integrated by Ondřej (thanks) in
the package git repository and should appear in the next release.

Thank you,
Breno
