[pkg-dhcp-devel] Bug#588203: dhcp3-client: purging dhcp3-client leaves /var/lib/dhcp3 behind

After installing the isc-dhcp-client package and purging the
transitional dhcp3-client package, the directory /var/lib/dhcp3 and the
files in it were left on the system.  The old postrm script should
probably be restored to take care of this cruft.
