Mario Limonciello (20):
sync changelog with Ubuntu changelog and depend upon awk instead of gawk
Add OBSOLETE_BY support to indicate when modules have been included upstream
move debian directory to root and revamp to use cdbs. Make sure upstream tarballs are built without the debian/ directory in the root
actually /do/ the stuff from last commit ;)
make sure get-orig-source rule points to the right place
make = a == and add extra local variable
add a mkdsc target to dkms
add/document support for providing a DKMS framework and command line parameters for build locations to absolve dependencies for building as root
fix case of improperly comparing the output in an if statement
create /dkms_dbversion if it doesn't exist when building a tarball. if you are building an out of tree archive, this is quite useful
wrap up commonly used checks when building packages into a common function
revamp debian build function to make sure it can build out of tree and also to check for dependencies before proceeding
add howto for debian based installs explaining mkdeb and mkdsc usage
If missing a dkms.conf, don't fail, but instead notify the user (LP: #185564)
Don't log all information to /dev/console (which would spam vt1), but instead to /var/log/dkms_autoinstaller. Also, if you are on Debian/Ubuntu where some nice init style scripts are available, use them
      modify Makefile to tag 2.0.20
set shell in Makefile to be bash
clean up properly in clean target
Adjust deb build process to be a little nicer
      adjust debian build process

Matt Domsch (6):
mkdeb: don't rm the tarball in postinst (LP#237301)
      Merge branch 'mario'
add admonition of OBSOLETE_BY to manpage
add Requires: lsb to rpm spec
mkdeb: don't use 'echo -e' when it's not necessary (LP#238843)
      add Mario Limonciello to AUTHORS
