No need to link to http://www.tldp.org/HOWTO/UPS-HOWTO as it is right
in doc-linux-html.

P.S.,
file:///usr/share/doc/HOWTO/en-html/UPS-HOWTO/x182.html links back, and it should
also be an internal link.

Maybe have a script that changes certain external links to internal
upon packaging.

We offline users and non-networked remote laboratory users would benefit.
