We would need a new repo for the new DPDK release, so could the
following be created, please:

https://nexus.fd.io/content/repositories/fdio.deb_dpdk_1708.ubuntu.trusty.main/
https://nexus.fd.io/content/repositories/fdio.deb_dpdk_1708.ubuntu.xenial.main/
